RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You can return any items sold within 14 days from the delivery date!
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days from the order date by contacting a Source One representative at 888-333-1290. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.,).
Source One will ask for your assistance in coordinating the return of your item with the shipping company. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and restocking fee of $10.95.
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If payment is made via PayPal, the refund will be applied to your account accordingly.
